At Annabel Brocks we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and customer service. Please see below on what to expect when placing an order.


Shipping & Delivery

UK Delivery

All Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail tracked and Signed For or Parcel Force which will also require a signature.

Please allow 5 working days from date of order for delivery, should you require your order sooner then please call our HQ 01284 827206 or email and a member of the team will be happy to advise on the options available.

European  Delivery

All orders are dispatched via an International Courier or Royal Mail International signed for and will require a signature on delivery.

Orders will be dispatched 5 working days from date of order unless otherwise stated, should you require your order sooner please contact us and one of the team will be happy to advise on the options available.


Returns & Replacements

Incorrect item

We pride ourselves on customer service and attention to detail but sometimes mistakes can happen. If you have received your item but it is not what you was expecting then please contact customer services on 01284 827 206 within 14 days of receipt, we will the process the replacement to get to you as quickly as possible and of course will cover all the postage the costs.

Change of Mind

We want to make sure you feel a million dollars in any of our products and we know that sometimes items just don't look as you had planned. We will happily exchange or refund any product once it has been returned unworn. Our returns policy gives you 14 days to contact us from when it was dispatched with the product being returned to us with in 28 days unless stated otherwise.

Faulty items

We hope none of our products will let us or you down but if you do find any issue please contact customer services on 01284 827 206 or email so we can discuss this further and of course ensure your left happy with the outcome.



We will process refunds as quickly as possible, please allow 10 working days for any refunds to appear on your original payment method. If you have not received your refund within 10 working days please contact your payment provider as banks and payment processing companies can take a little longer to process the refund request
