Delivery services

We use Royal Mail for the UK and selected couriers for European and Worldwide customers depending on location and the item/weight of package. Please note that at this current time Royal Mail cannot guarantee their next day 24hr service within the UK.

We, like many others, have been experiencing some delays with our couriers and Royal Mail so please do get your orders in early if you would like your items before Christmas or indeed for Christmas!

The last postage dates are:

Australia, New Zealand, Italy, Portugal & the Caribbean: 1st December
USA, ROW & Europe (excluding Portugal & Italy): 8th December
UK & Ireland: 17th December

Customer Service & contacting us

Our customer service team aims to respond within 24 hours to any message. Please note our phones are only manned from 10am-2pm Monday - Friday.

Direct messages via our social channels (Facebook and Instagram) are monitored but may not be responded to over the weekend.

CHRISTMAS OPENING TIMES

Christmas Closure - our office will be closed from 5pm on Friday 17th December and we re-open on Monday 3rd January. Phones will not be manned during this time but emails will be monitored.

Duty & taxes for our overseas customers

Please note that we do not hold responsibility for any taxes, customs, import duty, handling fees or other associated charges. We do not provide a service estimating the charges as this varies per item depending on your location.

We are asking all customers to be fully aware of the above before placing any orders, and please make enquiries directly with the authorities within the country where the order is to be sent for accurate costings and potential charges.

Returns

Our returns policy on full priced and sale items is 14 days but we are happy to extend returns  for all items purchased from 15th November - 17th December. We ask for all items to be returned to us by the 14th January 2022.

With the exception of earrings which are not exchangeable or refundable due to hygiene.

All returned items must be in perfect saleable condition with tags still on the item. Any items which are dirty or have make up on them will not be accepted and refunds will not be provided.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within three days of receiving the. Exchanges (subject to us holding stock) will be processed within 3 days but if we need to make any items we will contact you to advise the estimated delivery date.

If you wish to send any returns back to us please provide proof of postage and ensure you have adequate insurance to cover the cost of the item.

For any overseas customers we are not liable for any duties.

Gift vouchers

Don’t forget we offer Electronic gift vouchers which you can purchase 365 days a year on line. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months and due to the unique code we will hold this on file should the bearer mislay it!
