Returns & Replacements
Please use the 'Returns Form' that was enclosed with your order when returning your product
We pride ourselves on customer service and attention to detail but sometimes mistakes can happen. If you have received your item but it is not what you was expecting then please contact customer services on 01284 827 206 within 14 days of receipt, we will the process the replacement to get to you as quickly as possible and of course will cover all the postage the costs.
Change of Mind
We want to make sure you feel special in any of our products and we know that sometimes items just don't look as you had planned. We will happily exchange or refund any product once it has been returned unworn. Our returns policy gives you 14 days to contact us from when it was dispatched with the product being returned to us with in 20 days unless stated otherwise.
We hope none of our products will let us or you down but if you do find any issue please contact customer services on 01284 827 206 or email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can discuss this further and of course ensure your left happy with the outcome.
We will process refunds as quickly as possible, please allow 10 working days for any refunds to appear on your original payment method. If you have not received your refund within 10 working days please contact your payment provider as banks and payment processing companies can take a little longer to process the refund request
Please make sure all items are clean from make up marks or stains, if we find the product not to be in a saleable condition then a £5 cleaning charge will be ducted from your refund.
